Steve Hands Business Coach

Steve forged a career with a major plc within the hospitality industry as a retail manager, specialising in business transformation, he had a natural talent for developing under performing business. He took this a stage further in 2000 starting his own business, purchasing an ongoing but struggling business, not satisfied with increasing the turnover by 400% he decided that he wanted it run under management. Implementing many of the principles and strategies he shares with his clients he successfully systemised the business and sold it for 60 times more than he purchased.

He has recently been a consultant for a professional services business, helping them with all aspects of finance management from the preparation of cash-flow documents to regular reviewing P&L and balance sheet reports. He's focused on helping businesses become more successful through the implementation of strategies and the development of the principle owners of the business.

In his spare time he spends time with his son Jack, enjoys watching football and playing golf and is a keen ebayer.
