Professional Development Consultants: Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Professional Development Consultants you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by any such revisions for any further orders placed. All goods and services provided by Professional Development Consultants must be used for their intended purpose.

Prices
The prices of the goods and services shall be the price listed on our website (or otherwise agreed in writing) on the date of your order. All of our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) and must be paid in full, including any delivery charges. You and not Professional Development Consultants are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in your own country.

Ordering
No on-line order will be deemed accepted for execution until payment has been received. The right to supply all or part of the order is reserved at all points in the order process.
Goods are normally dispatched within 4 working days but please allow up to 7 working days to include the delivery time.
You will be notified of any goods temporally out of stock and given an estimate of order despatch date. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address given with the order.
Orders placed outside of the website will require your order number before any work is undertaken. We will send an invoice for payment as soon as the goods are dispatched or as soon as the service is completed. Payment MUST be received with 30 calendar days of the invoice date (date of when the invoice was sent). Failure to do so will lead to legal proceedings.

Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit cards via PayPal. However, we can also accept cheques in GBP payable from a UK bank. Clearing of cheques through the banking service is guaranteed as being 10 working days or less. We can also accept payment by Postal Orders in GBP and cash in GBP. We advise postal insurance is used if cash or uncrossed Postal Orders are sent by post.

Delivery
Delivery of goods shall be made to the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for inconvenience arising because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control.We strongly advise that if goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Guarantees and Refunds
We uphold all relevant UK trading laws and nothing contained herein affects these rights.
If there is a problem with your order notify us immediately. We will exchange or refund goods which are faulty, supplied in error or damaged. Under these circumstances we will refund your return postage. If you wish to return goods for any other reason, outside of rights bestowed by law, this is entirely at our discretion and if offered may be subject to a re-stocking charge. We will not refund the original order post and packing cost or the return postage cost in these circumstances. Used items are not accepted for return unless they have become faulty within the warranty period.
No refund will be given until the goods are returned to Professional Development Consultants.
Any goods or services provided for unique or custom goods cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty, supplied in error or damaged.
We pack all orders to give adequate protection through the shipping process. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged by the postal service. Additional postal insurance is available on request, charges will apply. Orders sent with ‘Signed For’ (Recorded) delivery within the UK are insured by Royal Mail to a value of £30 GBP.

Privacy
It is a requirement of the order process to provide your email address and postal address. Such details are held indefinitely unless you request us to remove them. We do not pass on customer details to any external businesses or individuals. We will not disclose any of our customer details to any other businesses or individuals. Any commercially confidential information disclosed to us in order for us to conduct our activities will not be used by us or passed on to any other businesses or individuals. Any information gathered or collated on behalf of a customer will not be disclosed to any other businesses or individuals
We do not hold credit/debit card details and these details should not be sent directly to Professional Development Consultants. Credit/Debit card details should be sent to PayPal only.

Choice of Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
