Product Development Consultants Limited will ship our process manuals worlrdwide. The process manuals are packed in an outer cardboard box to ensure full protection through the postal system.

For Rest of World (non European) destinations each package is posted as 'Small Packet'. Postal insurance is available at an addition cost of £5.50. Insurance can be added to the post and packing when in the shopping cart. Postal insurance covers the cost of goods up to a value of £250.00 that are lost or damaged in the post. All insured goods are sent with signed-for delivery, proof of postage and an on-line delivery tracking system. Please note that this service is not available for all countries. If you are unsure please ask before adding postal insurance to your order.
