All our process manuals, consultancy services and training courses cover the whole product development process, from the initial product ideas right through to actively monitoring the quality of the product when it is in volume production and available to purchase. Process manuals:

Our unique 10 step product development process is a available to purchase on-line as a series of 10 individual manuals each detailing one step in the product development process. Alternatively all 10 manuals can be purchased as a single package with the modules combined into one manual. We have also produced an overview manual that details the whole process at a high level.

Several foundation process manuals are also available. These cover the additional processes a business has to follow in order to successfully develop products, e.g. problem resolution and management.

If you are not sure where your product development process has weaknesses then we can help identify the problem areas. We offer several levels of consultancy services including the customisation of one of our idealised process manuals to suit your business and products. We offer a series of one day on-site training courses aimed at ensuring the individuals within your business can understand and operate the documented product development process. The intent of all our training courses is not to tell or show the trainees what to do but to impart the capability to perform the required tasks. Our training courses can be ordered on-line and our on-line calendar shows the dates we are available for training sessions.

We have our on-line FMEA and SWOT training courses. Learn all about what the FMEA and SWOT processes can do for your product development process. These are some of the best tools available anywhere, specifically aimed at minimising business risks in developing new products. Each training course takes a step by step approach to show how to carry out an FMEA and a SWOT analysis. There are worked examples and all the templates required can be downloaded.
