Gary Harding is the founder and owner of two businesses - an internet retail store and a business training company. He has an MSc in Manufacturing Management and as a manager, led a team of 20 Engineers at Land Rover to deliver the latest high technology features required to maintain and drive the Range Rover brand image.

He is a fully qualified business coach, mentor and trainer and has worked with many business owners to ensure their business is financially stable - working with them to put into place the processes and strategies required to increase the profits of their business. Typically, businesses that have worked with Gary have increased profits by between 40% and 100% in the first year of working with him.

Gary loves to combine his core skills of business strategies, creativity and drive for results to help business owners, spend less time working in their business and more time working on their business! One of his primary goals is to help business owners put the FUN back in their business and personal life.

Gary is also committed to his own personal development and education, and firmly believes this is a major factor to achieving his life goals. He consistently pushes his personal boundaries and takes himself outside of his comfort zone to build confidence which he transfers to his clients so that they too can achieve their goals.

Above all, his passion is for spending time with his wife Sarah, and his boys, Ben (13) and Joe (9).
